the story so far

Epicentre Church was birthed out of a church plant from Generations Church in Tatura, Victoria in October 2005

In the infant stages of the church Pastors Ron & Susan Mallon from Generations oversaw the church as Senior Pastors, while Dylan & Jessica LeClerc ran things on the ground here in Echuca.

We held our first service in the Echuca Adult Education Centre.

There were around 70 people in attendance, approximately half of these people were locals attending their new church home for the very first time.

Damien Warren was inducted as Church Pastor on Sunday February the 6th 2006.

After being in the Adult Education Centre for a year and a half we had outgrown the venue and moved only a stone's throw from the building to the Echuca Uniting Church Hall. We were in this venue for a year and a half and then moved on to the Anglican Church. After a few years there we moved again to our current location, the Echuca College Performing Arts Centre.

Generations Church was overseeing and supporting Epicentre Church until we became autonomous in December 2008. Since then we have been operating as our own entity, with our own board, departments and leadership team.

The church has gone to multiple services, outgrown venues and has big plans for the future! It has been an amazing journey so far and of course our best days are ahead!

We are currently in the process of finding and purchasing our own facility.
